1. What is the difference between the Sapphire, Emerald, Silver, Amethyst, and Topaz drops?

All 4 drops consist of the same basic iris lightening formula. They are all equal strength. The difference lies in the plant-based dyes and their corresponding color. Amethyst is purple, Emerald is green, Sapphire is blue, Silver is gray, and Topaz is light brown. Each dye will gradually deposit the desired color into the iris over time.

2.There is some white sediment at the bottom of my Step 2. Is that normal?

Yes, that's extra Alpha-Arbutin to make our drops extremely effective. Before administering the drops, be sure to shake the bottle.

3. If your eye drops contain dyes, won't they affect the whites of my eyes (sclera)?

No. The pigmented portion of the iris are composed of epithelial cells while the sclera is composed of endothelial cells. They are separate entities, with the former being much more absorbent of liquids with the addition of Alpha-Lipoic Acid. If this still doesn't satisfy you, just use the eye drop bottle nozzle to your advantage by carefully placing it directly over your iris.

4. Can you tell me more about the customizable shades you offer?

Yes. We have 5 primary colors and each one offers a secondary color to really customize your eye color change experience . They are:

Emerald: Turquoise, Jade, Olive
Sapphire: Azure, Cerulean, Navy
Silver: Slate, Smoke
Topaz: Gold, Amber
Amethyst: Lilac, Violet

If you're not satisfied with that, we can always adjust them to suit your needs.

 5. Is it possible to mix two colors together?

Absolutely! Just leave a little note for us in your order and we will be more than happy to customize it.

6. Step 1 stings a little bit. Is this normal?

Yes. That is the Alpha-Lipoic Acid doing its job to successfully smoothen eye membranes. However, we made sure to include both hyaluronic acid and a saline solution in our formula to ensure a smooth eye color change journey, especially for those with sensitive eyes.

7. I have a Asian/Latin/African/Pacific Islander background with extremely dark brown eyes. Will this hinder my results?

No. Your ethnicity has no effect on your results. Although, those with darker eyes will need more time to see them because the considerable amount of melanin in the iris takes longer to eliminate.

8. How does the eye color changing process work and why do I have to wait 1 hour between the steps?

To read about this more in detail, look at our How it Works subpage but in a nutshell, that allotted time enables the eye membranes to become permeable for Step 2.

9. What is Alpha-Lipoic Acid?

Alpha-Lipoic Acid is a naturally occurring compound found within all living cells that helps convert glucose into energy. It is renowned for its profound impact on membrane permeability.

10.How effective are the melanin inhibitors in Step 2?

They are very effective. To read about each one individually, look in our How it Works subpage.

11. Will this affect my vision at all?

No. This is why we emphasize the graduality of this product as not to incur any unwanted side effects.

12. Are the results permanent?

Yes.

13. How long does one kit last?

Approximately 1 month from the time it's opened.

14. Is this product FDA approved?

No. It is for cosmetic purposes only.  It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Therefore, it is not controlled by the FDA.

15. How long will it be until I see results?

It depends on your original eye color. Keep in mind that the darker your eyes are, the more melanin there is to eradicate. But as a general rule, you should see significant results in 3-18 months.

16. How many times a day should I use the drops?

Between 2-4 times a day.

17. How much do the drops cost?

Two 20 mL bottles cost $39.99.

18. Who can use the drops?

Anyone, including those who wear contact lenses, those who have had Lasik, and those with sensitive eyes.

19. What is your refund policy?

If you are not satisfied with the product, you have 30 days from the time you received the order in the mail to get a full refund.

20. How long does order processing take?

We dispatch all orders within 72 hours.

21. What kind of shipping do you offer and how long will it take to get to my residence?

We send you the eye drops in a USPS First Class package. It takes approximately 2-7 business days for you to receive it. Please be advised that USPS is still experiencing delays due to CoVid-19 effects.

22. What is the shipping cost?

Shipping is free.

23. Do you offer international shipping and if so, what provider do you use?

Yes, we do. We use USPS International First Class.

24. What is the cost of international shipping?

That is the dependent on the country it's being shipped to. You can always calculate the cost at Checkout.

25. How long does it take for my international package to arrive?

It depends on which country you're ordering from but usually 5-30 business days. We send you an email with a tracking number.

26. You used to sell on eBay under the name "madamrock8320" and also on Amazon. You haven't sold anything on those websites for several months. What happened?

Unfortunately, eBay's increasingly strict selling policy made it impossible to use them as a reliable seller platform anymore. The same applies to Amazon. None of our competitors are listed either thanks to these rules. We understand that in spite of our sincere promise to give our customers a safe product, some of you may see this as a red flag. However, we still believe that the two eCommerce giants will never truly comprehend the complexities and anonymity behind eye color change.

We built a pretty solid base on eBay and we wish to continue contributing to that with this website.
